FTC, Sustainable Life Media The Federal Trade Commission is planning to host a public workshop on July 15, 2008, to examine developments in green building and textiles claims and consumer perception of such claims. The FTC has already looked at the marketing of carbon offsets and green packaging claims as part of the agency's regulatory review of its "Guides for the Use of Environmental Marketing Claims," commonly known as Green Guides . ![]()
